We passed our first Thanksgiving with out you. We gave thanks for the 23 years of having you in our lives and the memories you left us with.

 

You did not like turkey dinner food and the kids remember leaving the house of the relative that we had been invited to and going to What a Burger. The only thing you really liked was the shrimp cocktail that Grandma Monty made and Tia Maria Esther’s noodles in cream sauce.

 

We miss you coming home and saying Let All Get Naked! After having stuffed ourselves.

 

We know you are gone from us here, but we feel you here at the house, in your room, in the look Shadow gives us, a bark and quizzical look from Kalie, we know you are watching over us.

 

We give thanks for all the family members and friends that called during this very difficult time, their love sustains us. We are truly blessed.

 

 

 

Happy Thanksgiving...Joe<3 I am so thankful and blessed to have know you!! I miss you...Every single day.

Joe...Once again...thoughts of you flooded my mind today...class is just never going to be the same..everyone always asks " whats wrong Jessica" SOME already know and others are curious...I lost my pal...You...& I am never going to forget the moments we had, they were only GOOD ones Especially in class, after we stole Manny's cookies, and you wrote a sign on notebook paper " SHE DID IT" WITH A HUGE ARROW POINTING AT ME! ..I never had a dull moment with you, you were great, lively, loving, different...and I ABSOLUTELY loved that about you!!! Keep watching over us....<3 I know you are and that you will continue to do so until we all see you again...Oh and remember that very last hug I gave you...well, that is what you have waiting...and times it by 1000...and maybe even more...:) I miss you every single day....and think of you often. I spent time with your Mom, we had some good laughs and shared some good memories of you!! {ring ring ring} "Hi Sarah Gail, it's Jojo. I just arrived into NY with some friends... O, no it wasn't planned, I just bought my ticket last night." hahaha, Jojo you are crazy. This picture does no justice, it's only proof that I did see you that night -- your last minute flight to NY, girls you'd just met, fancy hotels, roaming the city... you're wild! You were always living and had such fire and passion. You truly lived for each moment. I hope to live my life with at least of ounce of that. On another note, you were the first person in the entire family to meet Oded, you managed to always be there. It's incredible. I miss you and think about you all the time.
